Withdrawal requests are processed by the spinwi payments team during standard processing hours. Most PKR withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. spinwi reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds as required under its licensing obligations. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method as the originating deposit wherever possible.
All transactions on spinwi are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your spinwi account balance is always displayed in PKR. spinwi does not apply currency conversion charges.
In the event that a spinwi account remains inactive (no login, no deposits, no gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, spinwi may classify the account as dormant. Dormant account balances will be held in trust for the Player. spinwi may apply a reasonable monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial twelve-month dormancy period. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

The outcome of each game round is statistically random and cannot be influenced by the Player or by spinwi. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction during a game or bet, spinwi reserves the right to declare the relevant game round or bet void. Any funds that were at stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. spinwi will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical error beyond the return of the staked amount.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and sportsbook markets on spinwi. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play and are subject to change. spinwi reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where it deems it appropriate, including for responsible gaming purposes.
